A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Jessie Kernan, Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)

I am not a surfer. But decades of beach volleyball has brought me within close range. I have always loved the outside wave as an analogy for what we need to seek in our work and in our lives. The waves beyond the break are bigger, better, and easy to miss. But a combination of perspective, guts, and a good hard paddle will earn you an exhilarating ride.

My experience is both deep and broad - 20 years of uniquely diverse industry exposure, a thorough comfort with data, and refined strategic and creative thinking skills. My Marketing work has been well-awarded. I’ve held some big titles and led some amazing global teams.

Now I'm doing my own thing, focused on purpose-driven people and brands. And I'm looking forward to working with you.
